WeBuild Desktop is a small Tauri-based app (about five megabytes) that bundles Node and the whole toolkit set behind one configuration entry.

  1. Install with one command: npx -y @webuild/tray --install. The installer checks Node, asks for your GOLD_LICENSE_KEY, and validates its format before continuing.
  2. When prompted, choose where your platform credentials live — the installer copies and format-checks them.
  3. It detects Claude Desktop or Cursor automatically and writes the assistant configuration for you. When it finishes you will see: Installed: tray — try grading a listing.
  4. Optional auto-start registers the app to launch with your system.

Credentials stay on your machine; the app refuses to enable a toolkit whose credentials are missing or invalid rather than guessing. The tray icon opens Keys, Workflows and Chat tabs.
