One .xlsx per PDF + preview.html. Each workbook has one sheet per table found + Summary sheet with HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW grade per table. Example: lined.pdf → lined.xlsx (HIGH 1 / MEDIUM 0 / LOW 0) 100% accuracy.

SELFTEST 10/10 checks passed: lined.pdf HIGH accuracy 100% (Spacing guess), spaced.pdf HIGH accuracy 100 (stream mode CAN score HIGH ≥90), scan.pdf OCR produced 1 table graded LOW (always proofread) covering 100% tokens, verified 2026-08-26. Who this is NOT for
Not for you if your PDFs are blurry photos of crumpled receipts, handwriting, or image-only scans without Tesseract — garbage in, garbage out. What about scanned paper?
Tick OCR box (needs free Tesseract). Scanned pages are read letter by letter, slower, and every OCR table is graded LOW — always proofread. Source: STORE_LISTING.md FAQ 3
What kinds of PDFs work best?
Digital PDFs with real text: statements, invoices, price lists. Ruling-line tables read first; line-less from text spacing; messy layouts may need touch-up — grades tell you. Password-protected must be unlocked. Source: STORE_LISTING.md FAQ 4
