Sellers live in their inbox: new orders, refunds, chargebacks, supplier replies. This free two-tool setup searches Gmail for exactly those messages and appends what matters into a Google Sheet — without paying for an automation subscription.
Uses your own Google account, on your own computer. We never see your mail — no Gmail scanning happens on our side.
Run precise searches — "orders from the last seven days", "refunds", anything Gmail's search language supports — and pull the results out cleanly.
Add rows to any spreadsheet you own: date, summary, order number. Your books update themselves while you sleep.
A short guided setup uses credentials from your own Google Cloud project. They stay on your computer.
Ask for last week's order and refund emails, or anything else you can describe in one line.
The results land as clean rows in the spreadsheet you choose. Repeat whenever you like.
Paste your network reports and get one clear picture: earnings by page, pending payouts, and links that stopped converting.
npx -y gsuite-gold, add it to your Claude Desktop configuration under the mcpServers key, and set three environment variables from your own Google Cloud project: GOOGLE_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID, GOOGLE_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET and GOOGLE_OAUTH_REFRESH_TOKEN. Without them the tools return a configuration error rather than pretending to work. Example searches: newer_than:7d seller OR order OR refund; appends take a spreadsheet ID, sheet name and row values.
